Welcome to my little notebook of html!
I have never programmed in html prior to doing this and realistically have no idea what I'm doing so I figured that this would be a nice place to document what I'm learning. I may update, I may not, only time can tell.
The first very important thing that I learned about html is that it is absolutely nothing like coding. There is no real element of programming involved. It is simply the art of grammar and placement. Telling the page where you want your text, how you want your text, where to put your images, how to colour things, do you want it in a box , do you want there to be space between etc etc etc
This is all done through the use of tags as can be seen below. Here you can see the construction of this very web page, and how I have sorted this all into paragraphs using these tags.
Below is a list of tags that can be used here for html. I am by no means a master of html so I barely understand what any of this does
